END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Melonapps LTD (“Company”) regarding your use of the Andreev Moto Courses mobile application (“App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
3. Ownership
The App and all rights therein remain the property of Company. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. Termination
Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Company is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
